At Layer Cake Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure the unused items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
